Job Description
Ensures strict adherence to the Firm's established engineering guidelines, processes, and proceduresMaintain an informational database for their respective regions/accounts (i.e., engineering personnel and skill sets, KPI database, audit compliance, energy compliance)Training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of the operations staffDemonstrate the proper use and care of tools and instrumentsGive hands-on instruction in basic engineering, safety, and troubleshooting proceduresRecommend relevant outside engineering courses for enrollmentInspect all assigned areas to ensure guest rooms/suites, equipment and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfactionParticipate in Run the Business initiatives such as change implementation, investigations, corrective actions, and manufacturing supportImplement system modifications by following appropriate standard operating proceduresTroubleshoot and remediate system configuration/infrastructure issues
