Job Responsibilities Achieve assigned territory spares & contract sales targets. Explore the existing install base of the assigned territory and design strategies to reach 100% contract coverage Coordinate with service technical team to resolve customer complaints & act as a single point of contact for the customers for service-related queries Regular interaction with customers on site to discuss regarding the spares & service business Opportunities. Devise local strategies & ideas to generate new service business. Develop good relationship with customers to enhance the satisfaction levels Regular update on the Sales Opportunities in SFDC Good knowhow of CRM Tools like SFDC. Experience & Competence: 8 - 12 years of experience, preferably in water or instrumentation industry Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience, preferable in service sales with spares and contract. Preferred degree/Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics. Well versed with O&G & Power customers of East & North East India Travel requirement: Up to 50% travel .
