The role of the Assistant Scientist is to support with his EBX MDM expertise the implementation process of Master Data Management for projects and BAU. You will be working on EBX design and implementation for different IDA MDM projects across the reference, party, location and product data domains.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Analyse Business requirements and transfrom them into technical requirements \xe2\x80\x93 take the lead in requirements definition and clarification when appropriate.\xc2\xb7 Validate the feasibility and estimate the complexity of the business requirement.\xc2\xb7 Support the customers and other stakeholders in the demand generation.\xc2\xb7 Support MDM delivery team on design, development, user training and operations with EBX tool.\xc2\xb7 Report progress and performance made periodically to Team Leader.\xc2\xb7 Consistent interaction with Team Leader on any business issues.\xc2\xb7 Regular interaction with key stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their needs related to Master Data Management domain and provide solutions to the business.\xc2\xb7 Ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements \xe2\x80\x93 productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy.\xc2\xb7 Perform the following main tasks :\xc2\xb7 Design, Build, tests and user training for MDM Projects and BAU changes\xc2\xb7 Share information with business customer community\xc2\xb7 Support translate Business request to EBX processes\xc2\xb7 Support MDM users training\xc2\xb7 Data Quality monitoring\xc2\xb7 Support business processes for all segmentsYou will report to Team Lead.QualificationsSHARE your talentWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:\xc2\xb7 University Graduate with experience in MDM process, data analysis/data initiatives, preferably in insurance.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Java & J2EE, SQL Server, HTML, Java Script, CSS, JQuery / Angular JS, Testing framework\xc2\xb7 Experience in SQL Server (SQL Server 2008 and greater) and TSQL development\xc2\xb7 Roubust understanding of data analysis, data and process modeling, and relational database concepts\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of REST API, Web Services, XML, SOAP, integration middleware such as MuleSoft, etc.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Tomcat, Weblogic, IBM Websphere build process.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Insurance Industry and Party Data.\xc2\xb7 Good knowleges of MDM implementation process.\xc2\xb7 Hands-on expertise required with EBX MDM tool.\xc2\xb7 Robust problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.\xc2\xb7 Good analytical and time management skills.\xc2\xb7 Detail oriented, able to analyze and identify discrepancies.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Client service attitude & experience.\xc2\xb7 High level of data input accuracy.\xc2\xb7 Robust Analytical skills.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
