We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Representative to join our team. You will play a key role in driving growth by generating leads attracting more students to our platform and also generating prospects for our content solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a knack for sales to make a meaningful impact in the rapidly evolving online learning space.

Job Location : Borivali (Hybrid module)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our student base and client base for our content and digital offerings.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, and industry partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with the clients and take care of the execution part.
• Daily calling and generating client leads for our content solutions and digital offerings.
• Fixing up client meetings and presenting our services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
• Meet and exceed targets for student acquisition and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the education or technology sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online learning platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Maintaining a prospects list and pipeline on daily basis, should be good at excel.
• Should travel twice a week to the job location, rest 3 days work remotely.
