We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Supervise and support the sales team, providing guidance and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on team metrics and progress.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expand the customer base, and build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant management position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
