- Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role within the hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
