1. Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution and deal.
2. Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
3. Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, Craig's list, and other forms of media.
4. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
5. Maintain a highly disciplined schedule for balancing key activities including prospecting, customer appointments, follow-up, and administrative details.
