• Manage the sales team to achieve high performance and meet sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales.
• Oversee the entire sales process along with the Senior sales manager, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Ensure the sales team follows up on leads promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop strategies to respond to market changes and competitive threats.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
