This mid-level, full-time role will play a pivotal part in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, particularly in Insulation, building materials and HVAC systems, and will bring robust customer relationship management skills to the table.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Demonstrated Negotiation Skills to effectively close deals and handle customer objections.
  • Strong Market Analysis skills to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the insulation and building materials industry.
  • In-depth Product Knowledge, especially in insulation solutions, building materials, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product benefits and solutions to clients.
  • Experience in HVAC Sales, with a focus on building relationships with contractors and end-users.
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or related fields to understand the technical aspects of our products.
  • Familiarity with the building materials market to provide customized solutions and address customer needs efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the Pune region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, sectors, and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the advantages of our insulation solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and product development teams to stay updated on new product offerings and improvements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
