• Candidate must be located in Ahmedabad/Surat and Hyderabad
• Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in doing business with Architects, developers, PMCs and others in construction industry in Gujarat \xef\x82\xb7 Graduate / Engineering (MBA in marketing an advantage)
• To appoint new applicators in the region

About the role: The candidate should be able to meet key influencers to use the complete TPO solution from in their projects and thereby meet the target revenue from the Gujarat region. Responsibilities:

• Specifying our solution in new projects in the initial stages of the planning
• He should identify and generate 3X of target as projects in the pipeline
• Organise marketing activities - architect meets, panel presentations, contacts with government influencers, etc.
• Organise applicator trainings
• Focus on industrial and commercial roofs and other revenue generating projects Major Results and/or performance level expected out job
• Achieve a revenue of INR 20 mn
• Meeting minimum of 10 new architects/Consultants/PMC\'s every month
• Accurately capture data in CRM Main contacts for this job The candidate would have to liaise externally with Architects, Consultants, Applicators etc. and internally with the marketing, logistics, etc.

Candidate requirements:

• Good verbal and written English communication and verbal communication in local languages.
• Knowledge of understanding of the product and services
• Experience - minimum of 5 years in Ahmedabad/Surat and Hyderabad
• Graduate / Engineering (civil or mechanical/ MBA)
• To create business opportunities and retain existing clients
