Job Description

Objective of this job:

Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach as well as achieve company's sales projections and revenue goals.

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.

Keep eye on smooth working of proposal to product delivery stages

Core Job Skills:

1. Establish sales objectives as per sales quota to achieve sales targets and profit from existing and new products.

2. Identify new verticals /opportunities / customers.

3. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

4. Sustainable performance in achieving growth and hit sales targets.

5. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

6. Build Strategic Customers in Territory (A class customers).

7. Strategic Sales for Focused Products with concrete results.

Transactional objectives:

1. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

2. Generate enquiries from new customers.

3. Technical Presentations and basic level of application engineering.

4. Negotiate and close leads and contracts favorably.

5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics regularly for improvements.

6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

7. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.

8. Promotion and sales of FITOK, Vigour and other products.

9. Understanding of process requirement and giving engineering solutions.

10. Collaborate with inside sales team for preparation of PFD, P&ID, BOM other technical documentation.

11. Coordination with customer and inside sales team for handover.

12. Selection and evaluating of Vendor / make if required.

13. FAT and Inspection calls to attend if required.

14. Be a part from start to end if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

• total work: 6 years (Required)
• OEM, oil and Gas, B2B sales (valves, fittings), pharma: 3 years (Required)
• Sales: 4 years (Preferred)
