Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore Urban, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships. This is a full-time, senior-level position, where the individual will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a maximum of 6 years.
• Proven sales expertise (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong strategic planning skills to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Proficiency in market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills to develop and maintain partnerships.
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate value propositions and engage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate business opportunities and market trends.
• Effective networking abilities to connect with key industry players and expand the business community.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the barter marketplace.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and targets.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and reports to senior management.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent BXI and expand the business network.
