Work Experience & Qualification:-
  • Min 3 years in Sales & Business Development.
  • Any Graduate (MBA-Marketing will prefer).
Require Key Skills:-
  • Fluent in English Speaking & written both.
  • Good in Letter Drafting in English & Hindi both.
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PPT, Email.
  • Must have own Two Wheeler, Valid DL and Smart Phone / Laptop.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:-
  • Sales Team Support:- Assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing guidance, motivation, and necessary resources. This may include conducting training sessions, setting performance goals, and monitoring their progress.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, plans, and budgets. This involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management:- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided by the sales team. This includes handling escalated customer issues, maintaining relationships with key clients, and seeking feedback to improve the sales process.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:- Collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and sales performance metrics. The Assistant Manager may prepare reports and presentations to share insights with the Sales Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Sales Promotions and Campaigns:- Assisting in the planning and execution of sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and other initiatives to boost sales and brand visibility.
