Assistant Sales Manager:

Heiley Spaces, a leading real estate and commercial project developer, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and Convert them into sales for our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers and investors.
• Manage customer relationships, build rapport, and address inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and successful sales campaigns.
• Provide guidance for buyers purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven success in real estate or a related sales field.
• A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
