Job Description

• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Conduct monthly training sessions for the sales team.
• Maintain an average team performance rating of or higher.
• Formulate sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team.
• Conduct training sessions to improve sales techniques and effectiveness.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
• Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to retain customers.
• Analyze market trends, sales statistics, and competitor activities.
• Develop insights on customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
• Prepare sales reports, analysis, and presentations for senior management.
• Use data to evaluate and improve the sales performance of the team.
• Manage sales budgets and ensure that sales operations are within the agreed budget.
• Monitor and control expenses in line with budget guidelines.
