Function and Accountabilities : - Oversee the hiring, development, and empowerment of a skilled group of insurance agents. - Promote an environment where providing outstanding customer service is the main priority. Keep a close eye on sales figures, analyze market trends, and adjust your approach as necessary. - Examine rivals and market conditions to maintain a lead in the market. - Actively seek out new customers by attending industry events, networking, and prospecting to grow your clientele.Requirements for Qualification : 1. Obtaining a bachelor\'s degree is required. 2. You must have at least two years of sales and marketing experience. 3. The age range that applies is 22 to 38. 4.
