2) Deliver sales volume, product mix, and gross / net margins by keeping track of supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor's activities.
3) Drive sales operational requirements & reporting; following up on results versus targets.
4) Actively undertake account management and development of existing customer base
5) Drive sales development initiatives like Visibility programs, Distribution expansion and efficiency building programs. In addition, help the immediate manager in designing / recommending market development initiatives basis competitor activities and market intelligence.
6) Ensure receivables are within agreed company norms, Credit Control is implemented while planning sales for the month and beyond.
7) Play an active role in resolving any customer service-related matters, conflicts and escalate any issues to immediate manager for timely resolution
8) Drive sales automation programs and data analysis using latest IT tools for superior results
9) Effective utilization of Brand Investment in On Premise by Planning and Executing various promotional activities, activations etc.
10) Ensure timely MOU/LOI with On premise accounts and deliverables as per agreed terms.QualificationsGraduate/MBA with at least 10 Years' experience in Spirits & Beverages SalesKEY COMPETENCIESOrganizational CompetenciesEntrepreneur Approach

2) Team player with proven record of conflict management, problem solving & relationship management
3) Knowledge of and experience in the alcobev industry (trade, excise laws & distribution) will be preferred
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5) Self-motivated & with proven high levels of accountability
6) Ability to work to deadlines and/or under pressure and to remain calm
7) Analytical skills to positively impact the outcome
8) Proven capability to handle ambiguous situations
9) Have a clear understanding of the state policies, Excise guidelines & Industry dynamics.
