Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:- Undertake online and offline research on Indian sports and arts academies.- Communicate with customers to increase revenue and encourage the use of our goods and services.- Assist clients with escalations and provide training on how to use our products and services.- Work together to improve and advance the product with the tech and product teams.- Establish and preserve connections with influential decision-makers at potential client companies.- Work together with the product and marketing teams to create and modify sales collateral and services for corporate customers.- Work together with internal teams to guarantee customer retention and satisfaction.- During in-person interactions, actively engage with potential clients to create enough appointments for the day.- Establish and preserve connections with customers by offering outstanding support and responding to their enquiries.Candidates Requirements:- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits (ref:updazz.com)
