Job Profile \xe2\x97\x8f Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure. \xe2\x97\x8f Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools. \xe2\x97\x8f Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules& regulations in the Indian real estate market. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers andother customers of the company .\xe2\x97\x8f Meeting Property Service Providers. \xe2\x97\x8f On boarding them to PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network .\xe2\x97\x8f Explaining the wide range of Services available for them in PropertyPistol SyndicateNetwork .\xe2\x97\x8f Making available property data bases of the area. \xe2\x97\x8f Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personalvisits. \xe2\x80\x9cPositive Sales Leads will be provided by the Company only\xe2\x80\x9d Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
