High Value High Margin SKU Contribution and Sales Audit:l Revenue from high margin SKUs and percentage of audits passed.10. Market and Sales Potential Mapping:l Percentage of target market covered and Percentage of potential sales achieved.11. Commercial Transactions Accountability:l Percentage of error-free transactions and Percentage of timely transactions.12. Outstanding Report and Payment Collection:l Decrease in outstanding payments and percentage of payments collected on time.13. Coaching and Training Empowerment:l Percentage of employees completing training and Improvement in performance post-training.14. Communication with Channel Members:l Number of communications sent and percentage of channel members adopting schemes.:Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales , preferably in silver jewelry or pharmaceutical experience & knowledge of sales & marketing in Jewellery Industry is preferable.Qualification: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or MBA with Sales and Marketing.Preference:Proficiency in Sales and Marketing(Business Development skills).
