Job Description

1. Business Development and Sales Operations:

l Business plan yearly/Quarterly/Monthly and its execution.

2. Distribution Channel Management and Logistics (Primary and Secondary Sales):

l Distribution network smoothly working, unit sold in primary and secondary sales and revenue generated from sales.

3. Key Account Management/Growth and development:

n Percentage of key account retained and revenue growth from key account.

4. Brand and Customer Relationship Management:

l Average satisfaction rating from customers and percentage increase in brand recognition

5. Project and Team Management:

n Percentage of project completed on time and output per team member.

6. New Product and Market Launches:

l Average time taken to launch a new product and percentage of target market reached.

7. Market Revivals with Volume and Value Targets:

l Increase in market share percentage (old account revised) and percentage of staff effectively utilized.

8. Brand Enlistment With Retail and E-Commerce:

l Number of platforms Listing the brand and revenue generated from listed platforms.

9. High Value High Margin SKU Contribution and Sales Audit:

l Revenue from high margin SKUs and percentage of audits passed.

10. Market and Sales Potential Mapping:

l Percentage of target market covered and Percentage of potential sales achieved.

11. Commercial Transactions Accountability:

l Percentage of error-free transactions and Percentage of timely transactions.

12. Outstanding Report and Payment Collection:

l Decrease in outstanding payments and percentage of payments collected on time.

13. Coaching and Training Empowerment:

l Percentage of employees completing training and Improvement in performance post-training.

14. Periodic Review of Sales Team:

l Number of reviews conducted and percentage improvement in team performance.

15. Timely Achievement of Business Goals:

l Percentage of goals achieved on time and Percentage of activities aligned with company strategy.

16. Communication with Channel Members:

l Number of communications sent and percentage of channel members adopting schemes.

:Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales , preferably in silver jewelry or pharmaceutical experience & knowledge of sales & marketing in Jewellery Industry is preferable.Qualification: Bachelor's degree or MBA with Sales and Marketing.

Preference : Proficiency in Sales and Marketing(Business Development skills).

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
