Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, including stock replenishment and merchandising to create an appealing and organized store layout.
Training: Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on team and individual performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer feedback.
Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
Team Communication: Foster clear and effective communication within the team and collaborate with other departments as needed.
