Job Description

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Sales Management: Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members to improve their selling techniques and achieve targets.

Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service by resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, including stock replenishment and merchandising to create an appealing and organized store layout.

Training: Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Performance Metrics: Track and report on team and individual performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer feedback.

Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.

Team Communication: Foster clear and effective communication within the team and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or customer issues effectively and professionally.

Market Trends: Stay informed about furniture industry trends, products, and competitors to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus
