Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards.
• Staff Management:
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Handle staff conflicts and disciplinary issues.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a visible presence in the dining area to interact with customers.
• Financial Management:
• Assist in managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
• Monitor daily sales and expenses.
• Assist in preparing reports on sales, labor, and food costs.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Promote special events and seasonal offers.
• Maintain an active presence on social media platforms.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ensure all staff are trained on company policies and procedures.
