Position- Assistant Manager Location- Delhi NCR Experience- 5-10 year Industry- Hotel & Restaurants Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job): Sourcing and managing a consistent and high-quality talent pool of candidates to support the business End to end Store Hiring and ensure all deliverables are met Proactive sourcing of candidates for retail using different sourcing channels like job portals, campuses, social media, etc. Working on ground with stakeholders to understand current and forward projected manpower requirements Screening resumes, conducting initial screening, and run end to end assessment centers Issue of the appointment letter and complete joining formalities Liaise with the L&D team to ensure a smooth onboarding Key Skills: Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition Strong understanding of all selection methods and techniques Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing Proficient in working on Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint Presentation) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 per year Schedule: Day shift Location- Delhi NCR Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
