Our restaurant is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and be able to assist the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth running of the restaurant. Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that products meet quality standards Manage daily cash flow and ensure accurate bookkeeping Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and feedback Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Assist in creating schedules, managing labor costs, and monitoring employee performance Work with the Store Manager to develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies to increase sales Requirements: Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a restaurant setting Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of financial and inventory management Customer-focused mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is a plus We offer a competitive salary, medical benefits, and opportunities for advancement within our growing company.
