Role Overview:

The Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) will be responsible for driving sales by developing

communication with customers who have applied on Wishfin.com. This role offers an excellent

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Communication:Engage with validated customers to drive sales through calls and

emails.

- Product Knowledge:Provide comprehensive product information to customers and resolve their

queries.

- Customer Liaison:Act as an intermediary between financial institutions (banks and NBFCs) and

customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries.

- Customer Interaction:Understand and address customer needs, providing top-notch service and

support.

- Feedback Management:Track customer feedback and work on continuous improvement plans.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
