Job Description

Academic Administration:

• Manage student admissions, enrollment, and academic records.
• Oversee the preparation of timetables, examinations, and results.
• Ensure compliance with academic policies and guidelines.

Administrative Oversight:

• Supervise and coordinate the functioning of various departments and offices.
• Maintain records of university staff and faculty.
• Assist in the implementation of policies, rules, and regulations.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to university regulations and government standards.
• Prepare reports for statutory bodies like UGC, NAAC, AICTE, etc.

Event Coordination:

• Organize university events, convocations, seminars, and workshops.
• Coordinate meetings of committees such as the Academic Council and Board of Studies.

Liaison and Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between departments, faculty, and external organizations.
• Handle official correspondence and maintain communication channels.

System and Record Maintenance:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of the student information system.
• Ensure proper documentation and archival of records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?50,000.00 per month
