Job Description

We are looking for a male sales associate to assist customers at our retail store. In this role, the retail sales associate will guide customers through the shopping process, from initial greeting to final purchase. Providing insights and support, the sales associate will help strengthen our customer relationships and convert new patrons into repeat shoppers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a knack for engaging customers and resolving their concerns. The retail sales associate should be passionate about people and eager to develop new customer-service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by helping them select products.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customers' questions.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Manages financial transactions.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum HS pass.
• 0-1 years of retail experience desired
