Apart from these two major engagements, our core team of psychologists is actively involved in consulting and counseling for Mental Well-being services. Role Overview: Responsible for the development and administration of psychometric tools. Working in the following core work areas: 1. Psychometrics 2. Psychological Research 3. Academic Writing 4. Content Writing 5. Career Counseling 6. Client Relationship Management Requirements: Education: Master\'s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology / Master\'s in Counseling Psychology (MA - Above 70%) Educational Cutoff: 70% - 10th and 12 th (Mathematics in class 12th preferable) Experience: Fresher Knowledge of Psychological Concepts Knowledge of Psychometrics Knowledge of Psychological Research Knowledge of Statistical Analyses Software knowledge: MS Office, SPSS Market Understanding (Preferable) English Language Proficiency Functional / Behavioral Competencies: Interpersonal Skills Analytical Skills Positive Work Attitude Honesty and Sincerity Openness to Learn New Things IT and Basic Professional Literacy English Speaking and Writing Proficiency Key Responsibilities: Working on projects related to Psychometrics (Development and Administration) Development of tools through innovative thinking Research work Report writing Performing quality checks of the products Test Administration & Operating dashboards Working on academic and psychological research projects Writing academic and other content as per the requirement Studying the Psychometric market trends Client Interaction Other related activities What are we offering: A steep learning curve.
