Looking for Assistant Property Manager who will assists the onsite Property Management team for efficient functioning of the property. This position assists the Property Manager (PM) on various tasks pertaining to accounting, customer support, administrative duties, data governance and any other tasks which can be taken care remotely. This can help PMs to spend more time interacting with the customers instead of spending time doing administrative work on computer.
The Assistant Property Manager can act as a single point of contact for the PMs for the tasks wherein involvement of multiple teams is needed.

• Schedule / Review Preventative Maintenance
• Review Service Contracts against Delivery & Invoices
• Spot-Check Invoices vs Work Orders and Contracts
• Follow-Up on Collections
• Investigate Recurring or Large Variances
• Search Alternative Vendors / Check Prices
• Review Service Utilization
• Review Work Orders for Pricing Opportunities
• Spot-Check Work Orders
• Spot-Check Online Inventory
• Review Property Inspections for Opportunities & Trends
• Reconcile Reserved Spaces with Current Customer List
• Generating & Reviewing DINK Reports
• Janitorial Spread Sheet Update
• Update Building Directory
• Sending Email To Vendors For Bid Collection
• Mailbox Assignment

• 3-day Notice to pay rent
• Work with the Property Manager on all aspects of Property Management
QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in operations, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant, hands-on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
