Assistant Property ManagerJob Purpose The primary responsibility of this position is to manage property management for one of the logistics parks
supported by
Key responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xa7 Thorough knowledge of technical and soft services in property management.
\xef\x82\xa7 Ability to understand the business plan and work with individual resources/ SMEs, vendor platform
across India and at all levels.
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage operating budgets.
\xef\x82\xa7 Thorough technical knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, chillers etc.)
\xef\x82\xa7 Administrative knowledge with experience in every aspect of property management.
\xef\x82\xa7 Following operational policies and processes.
\xef\x82\xa7 Managing and overseeing day to day operations of all facilities.
\xef\x82\xa7 Devise strategies/process to streamline the functions and identify value additions to existing
processes.
\xef\x82\xa7 Support control measures and implement them across the site.
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare daily reports and update client and management
\xef\x82\xa7 To participate / review in implementing the intention of OHS & Well-being policy
\xef\x82\xa7 To participate/ review occupational health and safety programs
\xef\x82\xa7 To participate/ review identification of hazards, opportunities and assessment of risk
\xef\x82\xa7 Points pertaining to human safety, security, environment and legal compliances
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure provision and maintenance of plant / equipment and systems of work in the workplace are
safe and without any risk to health
\xef\x82\xa7 To identify major accident hazards and avoid them
\xef\x82\xa7 Involvement in onsite emergency plan and Business continuity planQualifications and Work Experience:
\xef\x82\xa7 An engineering graduate with experience in Property Management.
\xef\x82\xa7 6 years of property management experience managing facilities. Logistics parks or large industrial
units with warehouses experience is preferred.
\xef\x82\xa7 Adhere to processes and support the client, management in managing them. Involve and close client
escalations.
\xef\x82\xa7 High Integrity and work ethics. Tracks & keeps commitments.
\xef\x82\xa7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\xef\x82\xa7 Accountable to achieve Five Star rating in BSC Final audit
\xef\x82\xa7 Accountable to achieve management OHS and wellbeing objectives as per decided target
\xef\x82\xa7 Accountable to ensure the places of work in the premises are in safe and risk free conditions
