We are looking for Mid-level, motivated, Operation-oriented person who has extensive Project Handling, System Commissioning, Site Handover, Fault finding, and project operation handling experience in security, fire & safety, IT, AV and building automation business.The role is responsible for the management of the projects, spread across Indian Territory. Responsible for system handover and execution with experience in product training and project management.The person should be result-oriented, with a focus on execution and handling the final handover of the system to customer. The candidate from ELV (Electronic low voltage) industry is must. The candidate should have proven experience in ELV systems (Fire, security, IT, AV and BMS) Reporting:The position reports to the Project Head/ AGM ProjectsKey responsibilities As Manager ProjectsOverall leadership and execution of the Project and order execution in terms of Quality, Delivery and value price paid by the customer.Must have strong Knowledge of ELV industry and productsResource Planning by way of manpower & MaterialRisk assessmentMaking sure that all the aims of the project requirements are met, the project is completed on timeMaking sure the quality standards are metMonitoring sub-contractors to ensure jobs assigned are in scheduleMonitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintainedMonitoring and representing the weekly and monthly MIS reports. Pert charts / project reportsWill be visiting the client / Project sites as and when required.Develop full scale project plansImpart the training to the site engineerMonitor the project assigned to him with respect to the final commission and handoverResponsible for effectives of the engineering drawings, schematics and other documentationApproval of drawings and Technical Data sheets from customer / Consultants / govt departmentsTimely Project handover responsibilityRegular customer meeting both online and onsiteDesired profile of the candidate:1. You should be: Graduate (BE/BTech/ in Electronics/ E & C/ Computers, BSC-IT/ BSC-Electronics/Dip./)2. PMP certification will be plus3. Should have working experience of 5-8years in Project execution and handling in IBMS (security, fire, safety, IT, AV and building automation business)4. Should have excellent communication skills & Should have good command over the English both written and verbal5. Proven track record of Project Handover6. Should be Team Member & Team Builder7. Multi-site handling capacity8. Should have excellent computer skills,9. Male candidates will be required10. Highly motivated and ability to motivate people
