Citicon Engineers Limited, a leading real estate company based in Bhubaneswar, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering, specifically in building and project work. • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and change orders.
• Assist in managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.
• Support in coordinating project meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for project execution.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building work and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
