This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and contributing to the overall success of agricultural initiatives. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist in the development and implementation of agricultural projects. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate project activities and ensure they align with project goals and timelines. \xc2\xb7 Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Conduct field visits to oversee project activities and provide support. \xc2\xb7 Assist in budget management and ensure resource allocation aligns with project plans. \xc2\xb7 Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. \xc2\xb7 Support the Project Manager in day-to-day activities and decision-making processes. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field. \xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in agricultural project management or related roles. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of agricultural practices and project management principles. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and time-management skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in project management software and tools. \xc2\xb7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: \xc2\xb7 Experience with sustainable agriculture practices. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of local agricultural regulations and policies. \xc2\xb7 Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
