This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and contributing to the overall success of agricultural initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of agricultural projects. Coordinate project activities and ensure they align with project goals and timelines. Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders. Conduct field visits to oversee project activities and provide support. Assist in budget management and ensure resource allocation aligns with project plans. Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Support the Project Manager in day-to-day activities and decision-making processes. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field. 2+ years of experience in agricultural project management or related roles. Strong understanding of agricultural practices and project management principles. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Experience with sustainable agriculture practices. Knowledge of local agricultural regulations and policies. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
