The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, cold calling potential clients, meeting and engaging with clients, generating leads, and collaborating with various business lines to achieve revenue goals. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends, exploring the commercial real estate landscape, and creating strategic plans to expand our client base.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and target market segments. Engage in cold calling to initiate contact with prospective clients and build relationships with key decision-makers. Meet with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, determine their requirements, and propose appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the Office Leasing teams and other business lines to identify potential leads and cross-selling opportunities. Create Building Stack plans and presentations to showcase the unique value propositions of our properties to prospective clients. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through effective lead generation strategies. Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture relationships with prospective clients to drive business conversion. Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads. Track and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify potential business threats or opportunities. Prepare regular reports and contribute to sales forecasts, providing insights on market dynamics, client feedback, and sales performance.Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architecture / Hotel Management
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to assess market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and property types.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
