The role requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends, exploring the commercial real estate landscape, and creating strategic plans to expand our client base.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and target market segments. Engage in cold calling to initiate contact with prospective clients and build relationships with key decision-makers. Meet with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, determine their requirements, and propose appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the Office Leasing teams and other business lines to identify potential leads and cross-selling opportunities. Create Building Stack plans and presentations to showcase the unique value propositions of our properties to prospective clients. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through effective lead generation strategies. Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture relationships with prospective clients to drive business conversion. Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads. Track and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify potential business threats or opportunities.
