We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accident and Emergency Care. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to our students and contribute to the overall success of the department.


Qualification:

• A Master's degree in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Emergency Medicine, or a related field is required.
• certifications such as Paramedic, Registered Nurse, or Emergency Medical Technician are preferred.
• Several years of work experience in the field of emergency medical services.
• Previous teaching experience and a teaching certification .

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective course materials in the field of accident and emergency care.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
• Stay current with developments and advancements in the field of emergency medical services and incorporate this knowledge into the curriculum.
• Mentor and advise students, providing guidance on their careers and helping them to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and deliver a comprehensive and well-rounded education.
• Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance their teaching skills and expertise in the field.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment in the classroom.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the course, such as grading, attendance, and record-keeping.
• Encourage student engagement and participation in class and provide opportunities for hands-on learning experiences.
