Post Graduate Medical College is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Professor in Microbiology. The successful candidate will play a key role in teaching, research, and academic administration within the Department of Microbiology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Microbiology to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
• Supervise and mentor students in laboratory experiments, research projects, and clinical rotations.
• Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and program evaluation activities.
• Engage in scholarly activities, including research projects, publications, and presentations.
• Contribute to departmental meetings, committees, and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• MD/MS or equivalent degree in Microbiology from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated teaching experience in Microbiology at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to academic excellence, student-centered learning, and professional development.
• Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
