Jain Degree College is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in BCA conducting research, and contributing to the academic and administrative tasks of the department. Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering lectures, seminars, and tutorials in Bachelors in Computer Application to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.

- Developing and updating curriculum and course materials in line with industry trends and academic standards.

- Engaging in research activities and publishing scholarly papers in reputed journals.

- Providing academic guidance and mentoring to students, including advising on academic and career matters.

- Participating in departmental and institutional committees, meetings, and events.

- Contributing to the development of academic programs and initiatives to enhance student learning and engagement.

- Collaborating with colleagues on research projects and interdisciplinary activities.

- Participating in professional development activities to stay current with developments in the field.

Qualifications:

- MCA/MTech/MSc Computer Science

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated research capability with publications in reputed journals.

- Commitment to high-quality teaching and student-cantered learning.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
