Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Assistant Professor specializing in MBA Finance to join our esteemed faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage and inspire students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality instruction in MBA Finance courses.

2. Develop and update curriculum to reflect current trends and industry practices.

3. Engage in scholarly research and publish in reputable journals.

4. Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.

5. Participate in departmental and college activities, including committee work and student advisement.

Qualifications:

a) Ph.D. in Finance or a related field from a recognized university.

b) Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the postgraduate level.

c) Strong research record with publications in reputed journals.

d) Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods in the classroom.

e) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
