Qualifications & Experience : MBA in Finance/Marketing/HR/M Com. minimum 3-10 Years of teaching experience.
Responsibilities :
Teaching : Your primary responsibility would be to deliver high-quality instruction in HR and Marketing courses to MBA students. This may involve designing and delivering lectures, leading class discussions, facilitating case studies, conducting workshops, and assessing student performance.
Curriculum development : You may be expected to develop and update the curriculum for HR and Marketing courses, ensuring that it aligns with industry trends and best practices. This could involve creating course outlines, selecting appropriate textbooks, designing assignments, and developing assessment methods.
Mentoring and advising : You may be responsible for mentoring and advising MBA students on their career development, academic progress, and professional goals. This may include providing guidance on internships, networking opportunities, job search strategies, and professional certifications.
Research and scholarly activities : As an MBA faculty member, you may be expected to engage in research and scholarly activities related to HR and Marketing. This may involve conducting research projects, publishing articles in reputable journals, presenting at conferences, and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
Industry engagement : You may be expected to maintain active engagement with the HR and Marketing industry by establishing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals, participating in industry events, and staying informed about current HR and Marketing practices and trends.
Service and administration : You may be expected to contribute to the overall functioning of the MBA program and the institution through service and administrative duties. This could include serving on committees, participating in program and curriculum reviews, assisting with accreditation processes, and contributing to departmental or institutional initiatives.
Professional development : As an MBA faculty member, you are expected to continuously update your knowledge and skills in HR and Marketing through professional development activities such as attending workshops, seminars, and conferences, pursuing relevant certifications, and staying updated with the latest research and best practices in the field.
Student engagement and support : You may be responsible for providing guidance and support to MBA students outside the classroom, such as advising on career opportunities, providing feedback on resumes and cover letters, and conducting mock interviews to help students prepare for their professional careers.
Ethical and professional conduct : You are expected to uphold ethical and professional standards in your interactions with students, colleagues, and the academic community, and adhere to the policies and procedures of your institution.
Collaboration and teamwork : You may be expected to collaborate with other faculty members, staff, and administrators to contribute to the overall success of the MBA program and the institution, and to foster a positive and inclusive academic environment.
