Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated MCA graduate to join our college faculty as an Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in Computer Applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach courses in Computer Applications, such as programming languages, software engineering, database management, and web development.
2. Develop and design curriculum, course materials, and assessments.
3. Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain records.
4. Supervise student projects, internships, and research activities.
5. Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and college events.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, research, and advancements in Computer Applications.
7. Contribute to the growth and development of the department through innovative ideas and initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
2. Strong knowledge of programming languages, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
3. Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
5. Familiarity with academic administration and student management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
