Position: Assistant Professor in Artificial Intelligence

The Department of Artificial Intelligence at BEST Innovation Univesity is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual for the position of Assistant Professor in Artificial Intelligence. The successful candidate will contribute to the department's mission of excellence in teaching, research, and service.

Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or related subjects.

Develop and deliver innovative and effective instructional materials, assignments, and assessments.

Mentor and supervise undergraduate and graduate students, including advising on research projects, theses, and dissertations.

Engage in scholarly research and publish high-quality research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

Pursue external funding opportunities to support research activities.

Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across disciplines on interdisciplinary research projects.

Participate in departmental and university service activities, including committee work and academic program development.

Stay current with advances in the field of artificial intelligence through professional development activities, such as attending conferences and workshops.

Qualifications:

A degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.

Demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, or a related area through academic achievements, publications, and research projects.

Strong commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Experience or potential for securing external research funding is desirable.

Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the academic community.
