Responsibilities & Duties
? Provide visionary and strategic leadership for the academic unit
? Oversee budget development and management
? Lead personnel management, including hiring, supervision, and evaluation of faculty and
staff.
? Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditation
standards and regulations.
? Partner with faculty and staff to develop and implement innovative academic programs.
? Provide support and resources for faculty and staff to ensure the success of students
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,088.02 - ?55,000.00 per month
