Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Economics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

2. Develop and update course materials, curricula, and teaching methods to ensure relevance and rigor.

3. Engage in scholarly research and publication in recognized journals.

4. Participate in departmental activities, including student advising, mentorship, and academic events.

5. Contribute to the college's mission of community service and social responsibility.

Qualifications:

a. Ph.D. in Economics or related field from a recognized university.

b. Completion of National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Level Eligibility Test (SLET).

c. Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level.

d. A strong record of research and publications.

e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

f. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

i. Experience with modern pedagogical techniques and digital learning tools.

ii. Ability to engage in interdisciplinary teaching and research.

iii. Proven track record of securing research grants and projects.
