Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Professor to join our BBA department, specializing in Communicative English and Soft Skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in English language instruction and soft skills development, coupled with a passion for teaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Communicative English and Soft Skills courses.
• Develop, update, and implement course materials, syllabi, and assignments.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Foster a positive and interactive classroom environment.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Address student queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Engage in research activities related to communicative English and soft skills.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field and incorporate relevant advancements into teaching practices.
• Attend and contribute to academic conferences, workshops, and seminars.
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
• Contribute to institutional initiatives and projects.
• Assist with curriculum reviews and program assessments.

Qualification and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in English, Communication, Education, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in Communicative English and Soft Skills, preferably at the undergraduate level. (as per AICTE norms) Proven track record of effective teaching and curriculum development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?21,600.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
