Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Principal in developing and evaluating educational programs and student welfare initiatives.
- Conduct lectures, skill lab demonstrations, and seminars, while supervising students in clinical settings.
- Maintain comprehensive student records and assess their progress according to statutory norms.
- Provide academic and personal guidance to students and facilitate orientation programs for newcomers.
- Work closely with medical staff and the library to enhance educational resources and clinical rotation plans.
