JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Sitapura, JaipurResponsibilities:
- Responsible for start to end production process
- Ensuring the best quality standards for the High End Jewellery manufactured (Hand Made Jewellery)
- Market - Domestic
- Optimum utilization of all resources (RM, manpower, machinery, electricity, etc) to ensure minimum wastage & ensure all the marketing demands are met in a timely manner.
- Monitor the production plan on daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis to ensure that production targets are met & take corrective action for delays
- Responsible to limit gold loss during production of jewellery & conduct random quality checks at different stages to maintain quality standards
- Responsible for systematic recording of gold loss
- Ensure that all the precious metals, diamonds, finished goods, etc. are kept in the safe and one key retained
- UG/PG degree
- Experience: 8+ years as a Production manager (Must have handled production of High End Jewellery (Hand Made Jewellery))
- Expertise in jewellery production - Gold, diamonds, gemstones
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective team management and team building
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Google sheets, etc.)
