We clearly aim to be our customers\' first choice.:\xc2\xb7 To ensure timely booking of the maintenance kits for on time delivery of the same at sites according to the maintenance schedule.\xc2\xb7 Time to time reviewing the PM Kits for the complete fleet of Equipment across HZL contract.\xc2\xb7 Forecasting of the major component replacement schedule based on the utilization of the machines.\xc2\xb7 Guiding the store persons on BPCS related activities on daily basis and keeping track in case of any deviations.\xc2\xb7 Commissioning of New Machines in the system and related activities.\xc2\xb7 Reporting the PM Compliance on monthly basis, Major component replacement compliance on quarterly basis, monthly consumption reports and daily breakdown dashboards with additional support requirement.\xc2\xb7 To continuously review the Contract performance to ensure that customer needs and wants are being met through services delivered and are aligned to those requirements.\xc2\xb7 Asset Optimization at sites is to be driven at a high level in active collaboration with Customer. You will identify \'waste\' practices that we are currently engaged in and look at bringing in efficiency improvements to replace them.\xc2\xb7 In terms of Processes, the candidate has to ensure that available tools will allow us to: Enhance the service offer, increase efficiency, deliver customer satisfaction, safeguard profitability and enhance the safety & reliability of Epiroc\'s people, products and services.\xc2\xb7 The candidate\'s presence needs to be strong and consistent in terms of product offerings.\xc2\xb7 Maximize customer availability, reliability and profitability with the products offered.\xc2\xb7 Be close to our customers and their business needs.\xc2\xb7 Business data is to become business intelligence: What, Where, When, Who + How!\xc2\xb7 The candidate should have knowledge of products in similar Industry recognized support and services to enhance after market\'s position\xc2\xb7 Ability to deliver consistent accurate data for compilation of equipment cost models and planning tools.\xc2\xb7 To be capable of responding to business needs as required.\xc2\xb7 Accumulate accurate data accessible by all as reference material using BPCS.Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience & hands on experience with MS office

• SAP, BPCS, Scimilar user experienced

• Certified in Workplace training & assessing, Applied failure analysis

• Exposure in planning shutdowns and larger projects with increased resources being introduced.

• Ability to resource plans, objectives, resources for final maintenance outcomes

• Understanding of a parts inventory system, Min, Max guidelines, COG\'s management

• Knowledge of Contract Management.

Key competencies required for this role:

• Good communication skills oral & written

• Sound report writing skills

• Financial acumen and understanding of cost implications and costing models.

• Ability to create equipment backlog regimes, update and monitor

• Understanding equipment reliability and availability requirements and implications

• Solid ability to plan safely for a crew of Service Technicians to complete designated tasks.

• Ability to work thru others to achieve goals and objectives.

• Conflict management skills.
