Assistant Placement Officers (APOs) support the TPO in day-to-day activities and ensure the smooth execution of placement-related events. Their responsibilities include:
? Coordination of Activities: Assist the TPO in planning and executing placement drives, internship programs, and pre-placement training workshops.
? Student Support: Serve as a point of contact for students, answering their queries, guiding them through the placement process, and helping them with required documentation.
? Company Engagement: Coordinate with companies to manage schedules, organize pre-placement talks, and ensure that all logistics are in place for recruitment drives.
? Database Management: Maintain detailed records of student profiles, companies, placements, internships, and feedback for future reference.
? Event Management: Organize and manage the logistics for placement-related events like job fairs, campus interviews, and guest lectures by industry professionals.
? Follow-up with Alumni: Assist in building and maintaining an alumni network for potential placement leads and mentorship programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
